All content included in or made available through the Services—such as text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations—is the property of Qinsight or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
The compilation of all content within the Services is the exclusive property of Qinsight.
Qinsight’s trademarks, trade dress, and branding may not be used without prior written consent. All other trademarks not owned by Qinsight that appear in the Services are the property of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through the Services (“Customer Data”). By submitting Customer Data, you grant Qinsight a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process such data for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Services.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas for improving the Services (“Submissions”), you grant Qinsight a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use those Submissions without restriction.

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Services, or interfere with another party’s use.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, systems, or networks connected to Qinsight through hacking, password mining, or other means.

Qinsight makes every effort to ensure accuracy of product information, but we do not warrant that descriptions or content of the Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If the Qinsight Platform is not as described, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

You may not use the Services if you are subject to U.S. government sanctions or sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the country where you use the Services. You must comply with all U.S. export and re-export restrictions that may apply to the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Qinsight makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, or materials made available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qinsight disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Qinsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
• Qinsight’s total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Qinsight may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including those relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law.
